IV BEARCALÇOTADA - SITGES EDITION

Hola chicos ya tenemos aquí la IV Bearcalçotada para el 2016 que seguro que no olvidaréis ya que nos vamos a la bella localidad de Sitges a celebrarla!

Así que os lo vamos a explicar todo por partes:

• PLANNING

Sábado 5 de Marzo de 2016

• 12 – 13:30h: Entrega de acreditaciones + acomodación en hotel + información de actividades + entrega de camiseta en Hotel 1883.

• 14h: BearCalçotada en Restaurante La Luna.

El menú se compone de: Calçots a la brasa + salsa, Surtido de carne a la brasa,

Crema catalana, Pan, Agua, Vino, Cerveza o Refrescos (café y/o copa no incluído).

• 20h: Cena en Restaurante Casa Sevilla: Es una actividad opcional, pero dentro del menú de noche podremos degustar una típica Xatonada, que nos asentará muy bien después de la intensa actividad del día.

• 22.30h: Chill Out Flow Bear Flow: Vamos a pasar un momento divertido y relajante en el zona chillout ajardinada del Hotel 1883. Risas, sorteos y juegos en un ambiente relajado. Acuérdate de enseñar tu acreditación para disfrutar de los precios reducidos en las consumiciones.

Domingo 6 de Marzo de 2016

• 13h: Bear Burguers en Big Al's: Es una actividad opcional. Si te apetece degustar una buena hamburguesa casera estilo americano es el sitio ideal para probarlo!

• 18h: Si el asistente no tiene que irse antes, se puede empezar a dejar la habitación a partir de esta hora. Las habitaciones deben dejarse completamente libres a las 20h.

• PRECIOS

Os recordamos que el último día de confirmación para las camisetas y la reserva del restaurante es el 25 de Febrero.

• CAMISETAS

La camiseta será 100% algodón, de punto liso de 155 gramos. De manga corta, en tejido tubular con cuello doble con elastano y cubrecosturas reforzada en el cuello.

Tallaje europeo disponible desde la talla S a la talla XXXL.

La camiseta será de color marrón chocolate y la impresión del logo a 1 tinta en color amarillo medio.

La tabla de tallas es la siguiente: S- M - L - XL - XXL - XXXL

Para guiaros en las tallas si no habéis asistido a alguna quedada de Tarracobear, si tenéis una camiseta Fruit of The Loom, le debéis sumar una talla más.

Por ejemplo, si usas una talla S en la camiseta Fruit, en la de Tarracobear usarás una talla M.

Let's try to explain it all:

• PLANNING

Saturday 5th March 2016

• 12 – 13:30h: Accreditation delivery + hotel accomodation + activities information + t-shirt deliveration in 1883 Hotel.

• 14h: BearCalçotada in La Luna Restaurant.

The menu consists of: Grilled calçots + sauce, Variety of grilled meat, Catalan cream, Bread, Water, Wine, Beer and Soft Drinks (coffe and/or alcoholic drinks not included).

• 20h: Dinner in Casa Sevilla Restaurant: This is an optional activity. Inside the night menu you can taste a typical Xatonada, sure it'll feel good if you had an intense day activity!

• 22.30h: Chill Out Flow Bear Flow: Get a funny time in the gardened chill out zone of 1883 Hotel: Relax, Drinks, and Raffles! Remember to show your acreditation to get de benefits on the drinks prices.

Sunday 6th March 2016

• 13h: Bear Burguers in Big Al's: This is an optional activity. If you want to taste a delicious american style burguer this is the right place! 

• 18h: If you don't have to left early you have to start to leave your room and left it free until 20h.

For example, if you have a Fruit of the Loom T-Shirt size XL, you have to get a Tarracobear T-Shirt european size XXL.
